N95 Mask Fit Testing at Safehaven
Safehaven is pleased to offer N95 Mask Fit Testing Appointments at our Bloor Location by appointment only.
At the appointment you will be mask fit tested with an N95 mask and receive a card identifying the mask you were fit for.
Please see below the consent form that you must complete and bring with you to your mask fit appointment.
