The Safehaven Project for Community Living (Safehaven) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dave Dame to the Safehaven Board of Directors. As the Vice President, Global Head of Agile with Scotiabank, Dave focuses on scaling change by building up high-performing teams through training and empowering workforces. He has bolstered an agile organization across 5 countries in North and South America, engaging technical and non-technical Scotiabankers to embrace agility and change.
Dave has also worked with technology companies such as OpenText, PTC and MCAP, training professionals in product management, leadership and agile delivery practices, with a proven track record of improving delivery times by over 150%.
