The Safehaven Project for Community Living (Safehaven) is pleased to announce the appointment of Khalil Alfar to the Safehaven Board of Directors. Khalil is General
Manager, Azure Cloud and Enterprise Business Unit at Microsoft Canada and will serve a two-year term as a board member.
“I am pleased to welcome Khalil as a new Board member,” said Susan Bisaillon, Chief Executive Officer of Safehaven. “Khalil brings a wealth of experience and expertise in his field and will be a tremendous asset to our organization as we further our mission of providing high quality, family-centered and community-based residential and respite care for individuals with complex care needs.”
The Safehaven Board of Directors is comprised of individuals from the medical, business and volunteer communities of the Greater Toronto Area. It is the Board’s
responsibility to provide counsel and guidance in the direction and operation of the Safehaven as well as it is to raise awareness of Safehaven’s services.
